Every year the Cranbrook Academy of Art commissions the graduate degree book and exhibition from a new graphic designer to give the academy a new sensibility and style for its outgoing class of artists and designers. The art direction I presented to the academy was created with the interdepartmental aspect of the discourse in mind, while keeping the layout classical but with a more modular approach to putting text and images together.

This is a sample of the layouts given to the administration and studio council showing how a sample table of contents, department, and student work would be put together throughout the publication.
