David Watts is a graphic designer, artist, and developer from
St. Petersburg, Florida.
He did his undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg's
Program in Graphic Design and his MFA in Graphic Design at the
Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan under Designer-in-Residence Elliott Earls.
He currently works on a project basis, usually working on a handful of objects at a time as to be able to spend as much attention and care to them as possible. He's done projects for Chrysler, RAM, The Cranbrook Museum of Art, Toyota, Mote Marine Aquarium, and Meals on Wheels.
Aside from designing, David can be found in the nearest Barnes & Noble standing in the aisle reading a book as if no one else is in the store. He also boasts far too often about how worn is Starbucks Gold Card is (with his misspelled name) and how he just got a great deal on Super Mario World for SNES (it was harder to find than previously thought).
